Our hamper baskets are created individually fresh after you place your order. All orders are dispatched the following business day via courier. If you are in Sydney, weekend delivery is also available to you for a minimal surcharge. See Delivery information. You can place your order online via our shopping cart, all your information is 100% secure, or by emailing us direct at info@elegantbabyhampers.com.au.  Your email will be responded to within 12 hours.


We use reputable door to door courier to ensure that your gift is delivered without delay and handled with care. Delivery time frame varies depending on location, refer to Delivery tab for more information. If the delivery is for Sydney metropolitan area, weekend delivery is also available for flat rate of $14.95. Weekend delivery is not available in other areas outside Sydney. Pick up is also available from Wahroonga 7 days a week from 8am - 7pm. Pick ups are by prior arrangement only.

As our couriers do not provide us with an exact time of delivery, you can elect to have the delivery left at the front door if nobody is home. However, if you do give us this authority for our couriers to leave the gift we do not accept liability or assume any responsibility for the gift being lost, stolen or damaged. If you have not given us authority to leave the gift and nobody is home, an additional courier fee may be incurred.

We will provide you with tracking details once the goods are shipped via email and sms (optional).

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Direct Deposit. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

We do not store your credit card information on our website. Upon checkout, you will be directed to www.cartscheckout.com to complete the payment process. The payment process is completed by the 3rd party professionals that specialise in providing payment solutions. Data are encrypted and secured by the 3rd party platform.

Substitution policy

Photos depicted on our website are a guideline only. Colours, sizes, & styles, etc. may vary slightly depending on stock availability at the time of purchase. There may be occasions where a particular product or coloured item is not available from our suppliers. In these cases, we reserves the right to make substitutions of products with equal or greater value. Please note that designs and colours may also vary depending on the season and will often look different on different computers.




Changes & Cancellations
Please email us babyhampershop@gmail.com to make any alterations or to cancel your order. Whilst we will make every effort to change your order, our ability to do so will depend on the status of the order. If the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns and Refund

We are happy to refund the full purchase price, minus the delivery cost, for any reason whatsoever. Refunds will only be issued once the product is returned in full, without damage. All products should be returned to us via a traceable method.
